Shipping Info

GMZONE ships across Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia, subject to courier availability and address coverage.

We currently offer courier/postage delivery only. Local pickup, self-collection, COD pickup, and meet-up arrangements are not available.

Ready-stock orders are usually prepared after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier service, delivery address, item size, and peak-season delays.

Pay-monthly orders are prepared for delivery only after approval, confirmation of the final payment plan, and completion of the required deposit or first payment.

Courier tracking will be shared after dispatch where available. Please check that your delivery address and phone number are accurate before payment, especially for high-value electronics.
