GMZONE pay-monthly
GMZONE's pay-monthly option is a merchant-provided instalment arrangement offered and managed directly by GMZONE MY for selected products. It is not a bank-issued instalment plan or a third-party buy-now-pay-later service. It requires review before approval, and customers should only proceed after receiving the final payment offer, payment terms, and payment instructions from GMZONE.
GMZONE MY offers and administers the GMZONE Instalment Plan directly for eligible purchases. Approved customers receive a clear breakdown of the product price, applicable charges, payment schedule, total amount payable and relevant agreement terms before proceeding.
Every pay-monthly application is reviewed based on the information and documents submitted, the selected product, deposit amount, requested tenure, and GMZONE's internal assessment. Approval is not automatic.
A deposit or first payment may be required before the product is released, shipped, or reserved. The required amount may differ from the estimate shown on the website after verification.
Any finance charge or instalment fee will be shown clearly before the customer accepts the final payment plan. Customers should review the cash price, deposit, total payable, monthly amount, and due dates before proceeding.
Approved customers will receive a payment schedule showing the monthly amount, due dates, payment method, and remaining balance. Customers can view their instalment information through the customer portal after logging in.
If a payment is late or unsuccessful, GMZONE may send reminders and follow the late-payment process stated in the agreed payment terms. Customers should contact support early if they expect a payment issue.
Customers may withdraw a Pay Monthly application before accepting the final approved payment plan without a cancellation fee.
Once the customer has accepted the final approved payment plan, a RM80 administrative cancellation fee applies if the customer subsequently requests cancellation.
Where payment has already been received and a refund is otherwise due, the applicable RM80 cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund.
The RM80 cancellation fee does not apply where GMZONE cancels the order, is unable to fulfil the order, or where cancellation or refund without the fee is required under applicable law.
If the order has already been processed, dispatched or delivered, any cancellation, return, exchange or refund request will also be subject to the applicable GMZONE order and product policies.
Warranty, exchange, or replacement matters will be reviewed by GMZONE based on the product condition, warranty notes, and issue reported. Any impact on the instalment plan will only be confirmed after review.
Customers must provide accurate personal details and valid supporting documents. GMZONE may reject, cancel, or request more information if details are incomplete, unclear, or cannot be verified.
GMZONE reserves the right to verify customer information, documents, payment status, delivery details, product eligibility and fraud or security risk before approving or continuing a pay-monthly application. GMZONE may reject, hold, cancel or request more information where objective grounds exist, including unverifiable or misleading details, suspected fraud or unauthorised payment, legal or security requirements, product unavailability, repeated non-response to reasonable verification requests, or threatening, abusive or harassing communication. Genuine complaints and good-faith disputes are not treated as disruptive behaviour. Any refund properly due will be returned through the original payment method, and valid statutory, consumer and warranty rights remain protected.
Submitting a pre-check application does not guarantee approval, product reservation, or final instalment terms. GMZONE may approve, reject, or request additional information based on the review result.
GMZONE may update these terms from time to time to meet operational, payment, legal, or compliance requirements. Customers should review the latest terms before submitting an application.
