Shopping with GMZONE

Are GMZONE products your own stock?

Yes. GMZONE operates on an own-inventory model. Products listed on our website are stocked, handled, and fulfilled by GMZONE. We also work with trusted suppliers, distributors, and selected brand channels to source certain items, but customer orders, courier delivery, payment updates, and support are managed directly by GMZONE.

Are all products ready stock?

Most products on GMZONE will show their stock status clearly on the product page. If an item is limited, reserved, or awaiting confirmation, GMZONE will contact you before fulfilment.

Are you an official distributor for every brand?

GMZONE works with trusted suppliers, distributors, and selected brand channels to source products. Unless stated clearly on a specific product page, GMZONE should not be assumed to be an official distributor or authorised reseller for every brand listed.

Can I buy normally without pay-monthly?

Yes. You can purchase available products normally without applying for pay-monthly, as long as the product is in stock and checkout payment is completed.

Can GMZONE cancel or refuse an order?

Yes, but only on fair and objective grounds. GMZONE may verify or refuse an order where information cannot be verified, payment is not confirmed, fraud or security risk is suspected, a legal requirement applies, stock is unavailable, there is a clear listing/pricing error, or communications become threatening or abusive. Genuine complaints and good-faith disputes are not treated as disruptive behaviour. If a paid order has not been dispatched and a refund is properly due, it will be returned through the original payment method. Dispatched orders and valid warranty rights continue to follow GMZONE's delivery, exchange and warranty policies and applicable law.

Pay-Monthly Application

What is GMZONE Pay Monthly?

The GMZONE Instalment Plan is offered and administered directly by GMZONE MY for eligible purchases. It is not a bank-issued instalment plan or a third-party buy-now-pay-later service.

You submit a pre-check application, GMZONE reviews your details and documents, and you only proceed after receiving the final payment offer and payment terms. Learn who provides and manages the GMZONE Instalment Plan.

Is Pay Monthly instant approval?

No. Every GMZONE Pay Monthly application is reviewed before approval. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Who can apply for Pay Monthly?

Malaysian customers aged 18 and above with valid personal details and verifiable income may submit a pay-monthly pre-check application.

Do I need a credit card to apply?

No. GMZONE's pay-monthly application does not require a credit card. Approval is based on manual review.

Can I apply if I work part-time, commission-based, or as a rider?

Yes, you may apply. GMZONE reviews different income types including salary, commission, part-time income, rider income, and self-employed income.

Can I apply if I have past credit issues?

Yes, you may still submit an application. Approval is not guaranteed and will be reviewed case by case based on your documents, affordability, and GMZONE's internal assessment.

What documents do I need to apply?

Required documents are IC front, IC back, and one recent salary slip. Bank statement and extra supporting documents are optional, though GMZONE may request more information after review.

How does GMZONE keep my personal data safe?

We only use your personal data to manage your GMZONE account, instalment application, order, payment schedule, and customer support. This may include personal and income information required to review your application.

Your information is handled with privacy and security safeguards, including controlled access and encryption where applicable. GMZONE handles customer information in accordance with applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.

How long does approval take?

Most complete applications are reviewed within 1 to 2 business days. Applications with unclear documents, missing details, or additional verification may take longer.

What happens after I submit my application?

After submission, your application will be reviewed by GMZONE. You can log in to your customer portal to check whether your status is pending, approved, rejected, or requires more information.

What happens if my application is approved?

If approved, GMZONE will send your final payment breakdown, payment terms, required deposit or first-payment instructions, and monthly payment schedule. Your order will only proceed after you accept the final payment plan and complete the required payment.

What happens if my application is rejected?

If your application is not approved, GMZONE will update your application status. You may contact support if you need clarification or want to check whether a different product, deposit amount, or tenure may be considered.

Can I choose 3, 6, 12, or 18 months?

Available tenure depends on the selected product, deposit amount, customer profile, and approval result. Some products may not support all tenures.

Can I change my selected tenure after applying?

You may request a change before making the first payment. Any change to tenure, deposit, or monthly amount must be reviewed and confirmed by GMZONE.

Payments & Billing

When do I need to pay?

For pay-monthly orders, the required deposit or first payment must be completed after approval and before the product is released or shipped. Your monthly payment schedule will be shown in your final offer or customer portal.

When does my monthly payment schedule begin?

Your monthly payment schedule begins according to the approved payment plan provided by GMZONE. The due date will be shown clearly before you proceed.

Will my card or account be charged before approval?

No. For pay-monthly applications, GMZONE should only request the required deposit or first payment after your application is approved and you have received the final payment instructions.

What payment methods can I use?

Available payment methods may include card, wallet, secure payment link, FPX Online Banking, or approved pay-monthly payment instructions. The available options will be shown during checkout or after approval.

Can I pay earlier or settle the balance early?

Yes. Early settlement can be requested through GMZONE support and must be confirmed by GMZONE before the final amount and instructions are provided.

What happens if I miss a payment?

GMZONE may send reminders and follow the late-payment process stated in the agreed payment terms. If you expect a payment issue, contact GMZONE support as early as possible.

Is there a cancellation fee for Pay Monthly?

You may withdraw your Pay Monthly pre-check before accepting the final approved payment plan without a cancellation fee. Once the final approved payment plan has been accepted, a RM80 administrative cancellation fee applies if the customer later requests cancellation. Where payment has already been received and a refund is otherwise due, the applicable RM80 fee may be deducted from the refund. The fee does not apply where GMZONE cancels the order, is unable to fulfil the order, or where cancellation or refund without the fee is required under applicable law.

Where can I view my payment schedule?

You can log in to your GMZONE customer portal to view your application status, approved instalment plan, payment schedule, receipts, payment terms, and support messages.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does GMZONE ship?

GMZONE ships across Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia, subject to courier service availability and delivery address coverage.

Do you ship to Sabah and Sarawak?

Yes. GMZONE ships to East Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, subject to courier availability, item size, and delivery address coverage.

Do you offer local pickup or self-collection?

No. GMZONE currently only offers courier/postage delivery. We do not offer local pickup, self-collection, COD pickup, or meet-up arrangements.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on courier service, delivery address, item size, and peak-season delays. Delivery to East Malaysia may take longer depending on courier handling and location.

When will my normal order be shipped?

Ready-stock orders are usually prepared after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

When will my pay-monthly order be shipped?

Pay-monthly orders are shipped only after your application is approved, you accept the final payment plan, and the required deposit or first payment has been confirmed. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking details will be shared once the parcel is handed to the courier, where applicable.

What if my parcel is delayed or the tracking looks unusual?

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or shows an unusual courier status, contact GMZONE support with your order number and tracking number so we can assist.

Account & Customer Portal

Do I need an account to apply for Pay Monthly?

Yes. A GMZONE account is required so you can submit your application, check your status, view your payment terms, track your payment schedule, and access receipts.

What can I see in my customer portal?

Your customer portal lets you view your application status, pay-monthly plan, payment schedule, payment terms, receipts, and support messages.

Can I update my application after submitting?

Submitted application details cannot be freely edited after submission. If you need to correct information or upload clearer documents, contact GMZONE support or follow the request shown in your customer portal.

Can I upload more documents after applying?

Yes, if GMZONE requests additional information or clearer documents, you can upload them through the customer portal where available.

Warranty, Exchange & Support

Do products come with warranty?

Warranty coverage depends on the product type, condition, supplier or manufacturer coverage, and the notes shown on the product page. New, open-box, and pre-owned items may have different warranty terms.

What should I do if my item has an issue?

Contact GMZONE support as soon as possible with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short explanation. GMZONE will review the case based on the product condition and warranty notes.

Are pre-owned products checked?

Pre-owned products are checked before listing. The product page should show the item condition, included accessories, warranty notes, and any important details before purchase.

How do I contact support?

You can contact GMZONE support through the website support/contact page. For faster assistance, include your order number, application reference, or tracking number where applicable.
