GMZONE Pay Monthly is available for selected products only. It is not instant BNPL and it is not automatic approval.
You submit a pre-check, GMZONE reviews your details and documents, then you proceed only after the final payment plan is confirmed.
Apply first, pay monthly with confidence
Start from an eligible product page or the Pay Monthly page. Choose your preferred tenure, proposed deposit, and monthly due date.
The estimate helps you plan, but the final offer may differ after review.
Documents needed
GMZONE may request your IC front, IC back, one-month salary slip, and optional supporting documents.
Documents submitted for monthly instalment pre-check are stored securely and used only for application review. Personal information is protected with restricted access controls.
Review, deposit, and payment schedule
After review, GMZONE may approve, reject, or request more information. If approved, you will receive the final deposit or first payment amount, monthly amount, due dates, and payment instructions.
You can view your application status and instalment details through the customer portal after logging in.
Courier delivery after confirmation
Product release and courier delivery happen after the required confirmation and payment steps are completed. Delivery timing depends on stock, dispatch schedule, and courier handling.
