For pay-monthly pre-checks, we may also collect IC details, income information, salary slip or income proof, bank statement, and supporting documents.

We use this information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, check product warranty matters, review pay-monthly applications, send payment reminders, and keep accurate business records.

Your information is used only for GMZONE store operations, order fulfilment, payment handling, support, application review, account access, security checks, and service improvement.

Access is restricted to the GMZONE team members and service providers who need the information to support your order, application, delivery, payment, warranty request, or customer enquiry.

Documents submitted for monthly instalment pre-check are stored securely and used only for application review. IC, salary slip, and bank statement documents are not sent as email attachments.

When you submit an instalment pre-check application, GMZONE may collect personal information, contact details, income information, identification documents, salary slips, bank statements, and other supporting documents required for review.

This information is used only to assess and manage your instalment application, order, payment schedule, customer account, and related support. Access to this information is limited to authorised review and support purposes.

GMZONE handles customer information with privacy and security safeguards, including controlled access and encryption where applicable, in accordance with applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.

Order and account records are kept for business, support, and record-keeping purposes. Pay-monthly application documents may be deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed, subject to operational and legal requirements.

You may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion where allowed by law and operational requirements. Some records may need to be retained for completed orders, payment records, warranty matters, or compliance purposes.

GMZONE uses restricted access controls, private document handling, account authentication, and secure payment workflows to help protect customer information.
